A thorough evaluation allows for precisely targeted therapeutic intervention. Evaluations provide assessment of your child’s communication strengths and challenges. Evaluations include formal assessment tests, play-based observations, parental report, and background information.  Following the assessment, findings are discussed with parents and a written report is provided.

Individualized therapy to assess and treat your child’s communication challenges. Sessions will be targeted for your child. All aspects of communication are considered including receptive and expressive language, articulation, social pragmatics, working memory, attention, self-determination, and self-esteem. 
 
Therapy goals are clear and are reassessed by Kate as your child progresses.

Parent coaching available to help you make the most out of your time between sessions.

Therapy sessions are available in five-session packages, each lasting one-hour. Kate offers therapy in your Bend, Oregon home for maximum generalization, or in a community setting.
